Booked 1 week in advanced, got a call 2 hours before asking me the luggage requirements (I booked for estate car for 3 luggages) and then cancelled the last min?! Totally rubbish!

Terrible firm with rude staff, do not use them, they will send you the wrong car and argue with you. Capital Express cars or blueberry cars who ever they are. Terrible service

Utterly unreliable. Taxi to the airport booked a week in advance. Cancelled last minute! What’s the point of pre-booking then?!

The worst company ever!!!
I book a journey from Gatwick Airport and after being waiting for 30 minutes I decided to call them just to confirm everything was ok, just for them to tell me they “decided” not to take the booking as hey had no cars available... detail: the money was taken from my account straight away and now it take over a week for me to get it back!!

We used the minicab app to book a car to take us to the airport and captial express picked up our request and quoted arrival time at 639. At 649, we called them to find out where is our driver, the operator said the driver is on his way and would arrive in 20 mins which meant it would be 30mins later than it was quoted. I requested to cancel the service because we didnt want to risk being late. The operator said he would not recommend us to cancel and said our expected time was not true, they quoted us 659. Thank god we didnt do any pre pay service, and after a few round of strong exchanges, we cancelled our service and booked uber right away. Uber arrived in 2 mins.
