Really great place for the dinner date. We went there on Friday night and it was amazing. Outside seating area provides with great views on the city. Food was absolutely delicious, we had pasta from pecorino wheel which is served right at your table! Very nice and attentive stuff. Cherry on the top was a very talented Opera Singer!
Popular Italian restaurant with lovely views of the river and Tower Bridge although as we had not booked ahead we were seated indoors. Food was full of flavour and well presented. The seafood linguini is recommended. Serving staff were friendly.
Food was delicious, prices are reasonable and view is amazing. Couldn't ask for much more. I got the set menu which was £25 for a three course meal and that included a glass of prosecco or virgin cocktail. For the starter I had the batter calamari, whitebait and courgette. The courgette was especially good. For main I had the sea bream and broccoli which tasted so good! And the dessert I had the creamy orange creme brulee which was again really good. The only thing I didn't like was the virgin cocktail because it had quite a strong taste of tonic water. The restaurant is positioned near Tower Bridge and depending where you sit you can see it lit up at night. There is also seating outside which I imagine would be really nice in the summer.
Very pleasant restaurant just south east of Tower Bridge. For starters, I had the prawn and courgette risotto, which was pleasant without being special. For the main course, my friend and I shared the cheese wheel: homemade spaghetti inside a whole pecorino. The summer truffle was a tasty addition. The atmosphere is pleasant: we sat outside, fortunately under a large canopy as there was a heavy shower. The service is friendly if not fast. It is not cheap - you pay for the view! - but at around £70 a head including a modest amount of wine, dessert and coffee, nor is it unreasonable for this part of town.
Lovely patio with view of tower bridge and the river. I had the mushroom fettuccine, which was very flavorful and perfectly al dente. Friendly and attentive service, at least during a weekday lunch when it wasn’t too crowded.
A good variety of dishes which I found to be cooked well. I recommend the burrata starter, one of the best I've had in London. Outdoor seating by the river allows a good view of Tower Bridge, whilst being away from the crowds.
We had a wonderful time sitting on a pretty table outside enjoying the view. The food and service were all that we could have wished. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was perfection!
One of the best views of London Tower bridge. Very polite staf, superb service. We stoped for drinks and desert. Espresso Martini superb. Tiramisu exceptional. Prices good. Will visit again to try is restaurant menu which looked very entising.
Excellent amount of truffle. Good service, amazing river views. Though a somewhat expensive menu - £17 for cacio e pepe £5 extra for truffle. Would recommend the Sorrento drink.
Really excellent evening. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we had a great chat between friends who hadn't seen each other for a while. And what a brilliant position overlooking the river. Food, wine and coffee were perfect for all our tastes and it was very good value for money. The waiter was helpful and attentive but not too much so!. We'll be back!
