Nice small portable train station in a beautiful environment.nDirect link to London and other cities.nTrains always arrives on time and lots of places to seat and wait for trains.nVery close to the city centre and other attractions centres in the town including Cathedral, riverside, Toddlers Park, etc. There are lots of shops around the place.
It was a lovely place to visit. It was easy to get around as the roads were connected. It had a village fill to it.
Such nice station of beautiful Canterbury city. Helpful staff team who are managing this station very well. Station is right in middle of city which means everything is around on walking distance include Cathedral, shopping places, riverside and many other attractions.nStation is wide spacious with long platforms for long trains. Thanks to the team for making people's journey better.
Horrible customer service. One of the workers, Liam seemed to enjoy being unhelpful and rude to us instead of providing suitable support. He seemed very happy to mock us and be rude. Completely shameful attitude and such people should not be in the service industry.
Canterbury west had good links to the high speed trains and the rest of the kent area along the coast. There is an option, for underground or over the bridge to cross over between the platforms. There are stuff members doted around the station. You can make payments via card or the cash booth at the station. But on line it’s quicker and a smooth transition
