Well what can I say..  What a fab service! We had no idea what so ever what we wanted and now we are over the moon with our blinds.  Very professional and friendly service! Was recommended from my sister and brother in law. My mom and dad have also used their service and very much recommend them also.  Just blinds had alot of choice options and helped when we were stuck for making a decision.  Thank you again just blinds we love them.

Recently I've had 4 sets of new verticals fitted 3 plastic all  no chains 2 blackouts. Also I set replacement slats. Love having no chains. Happy with all. Excellent service. Polite lovely staff, no mess and courtesy gift. Nice touch Just Blinds

Just Blinds were very prompt after being let down by local shops, they came round straight away, measured up and I got my quote on the day for 3 windows. Just after a week they rang me to say they were ready and a fitting was booked! A lovely young man arrived to fit the Venetian blinds, explained everything to me, took my old blinds away and cleared any mess! I would recommend them if anyone were to ask!

We had a great experience with Just Blinds. Very friendly and helpful. Giving us knowledgeable advice, showing us all the samples available, measuring up the spaces and giving us accurate quotes. Once we had chosen what we wanted we only had to wait a few weeks before they were fitted. A lovely fitter who was professional and efficient. We are really pleased with our blinds and felt well looked after. Thank you.

Very happy with service, from measuring to having my blinds installed, people were polite and helpful and Joe talked me through how they could be taken down, cleaned if needed and how to use, there was no mess, and he cleaned all dust up, he even went the extra mile and wore shoe protection as it was a rainy day, I also received a thank you present - thank you Joe, I highly recommend and would use this service again

From our initial email to Just Blinds to the fitting of our conservatory blinds was a truly exceptional experience. They responded quickly, the visit to discuss and measure up was arranged in couple of days. We asked for fitting to be before 10/12 and it was done today 8/12. Fitter was great. Finished product is excellent.  Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The whole process from making an initial appointment to measure and quote through to final installation was extremely professionally handled. We have 12 electric roller blinds covering windows and patio/bi-fold doors. We had a slight issue with the installation of 2 of the blinds which needed to be made slightly narrower to accommodate the skirting board. Just Blinds took them away, modified them and refitted in a few days. We have had them a few weeks now and are delighted with the privacy and heat retention. They also look very stylish. No hesitation in recommending Just Blinds, they have been excellent to deal with.

Would definitely recommend well already have to friends three of which have also ordered from them NO I’m not related or involved with the company either. From first visit to showroom, to the gentleman that came out to measure and then to the fitter Joe all were polite, friendly and professional. Joe wore protectors over shoes, cleaned up after himself and also took away the old blinds. Fabulous service from start to finish

I do not normally like to post negative reviews about companies, and strongly believe in 'credit where credit's due' - however, the way I have been treated by Just Blinds has caused me to reconsider my approach on this occasion.  Firstly, the initial installation suffered from a few 'hiccups', but the hands-on team of installers managed to rectify them to the best of their abilities. Not an ideal solution, which cost us significantly more than originally anticipated, but we were generally happy with the overall result.  So, we decided to give Just Blinds a chance to improve on their previous performance and quote for a second set of blinds - we had hoped that the knowledge gained from the first experience could be put to good use on the second set.  That's when things took a turn for the worse from a Customer Service perspective....  The manner in which we were dealt left us feeling demeaned and frustrated – and to be told that we may wish to source our blinds from elsewhere as we weren’t 100% happy with our first purchase is not really the sort of response we expected. Is it not appropriate to highlight shortcomings and issues anymore? even though we did it politely? Maybe Just Blinds have so much work at the moment that they do not need to take on further business and so can treat existing customers with such contempt? Maybe we were deemed to be ‘difficult customers’ and not worth the hassle?  Either way, I can honestly say that it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such inappropriate and unprofessional customer service. Such a pity, as the planning and installation team do a very good job – but they are being let down by those responsible for customer interaction.  Suffice it to say, I will not be purchasing from Just Blinds again

Excellent service  from start to finish. Our blinds were fitted last Thursday  and when the fitter arrived there was a fault with the rail he had . After a phone call in less than an hour another fitter turned up and our blinds were done, nothing was too much trouble  . They look great,  Excellent  quality , and we will be returning  to order blinds for the rest of the bungalow .
