I love this library. It's not very quiet, but is a central community point in Canning Town where you can find the local newspaper. Full of avid readers and students. There are a lot of plugs ideal for studying and working, maybe they can have more books. Usually the bathroom is clean. Not very quiet people used to speak here with is a bit disappointing. Never tried the wi-fi, maybe I will #london
A great place for children, I went with three kids ages 1, 5 and 7. I loved the children’s area it is separate from the main library and has a door so if you have a baby it gives you peace of mind! It was my first time and a librarian called Katie was working there she was so welcoming and friendly. She helped so much! She is such an asset to the library, thank you so much! I will definitely visit again!
A great local library with modern facilities and friendly staff. A good place to bring your kids for reading and other activities. The library also has rooms that can be hired by members of the public. Check with staff for prices and availability.
Been here a couple of times with the family, so only really been in the kids section which is very nice, good selection of books for the little ones. Staff are nice and helpful, there's places where you can use a PC and have a cupper tea/coffee or a light snack. There are toilets too just in case. Overall, very good.

A stylish fun activities to participate with refreshment offered and it is all for free.......Hurry up do not miss this opportunity
Nice library but too noisy. And stuff doesn't care much to shut down people. Even the librarians are talking lauder and screaming between them to share a conversation with everyone. Really sad library that I don't know why they open one.....
Nice customers service by supervisors or the attented persons there keep it up wonderfully dealt
Most of the time it is noisy and I've had to leave because I wasn't able to study there. One time there was a couple having a conservation. Another time there was an interview which seemed like a social worker interview going on in the middle of the library. The issue is there is not a separate space for quiet independent work or study, which they have in the Canary Wharf library.
The Staff of this library sat today Saturday 13/11/21 chatting in loud voices. Talking about everything from colleagues not present to past events and challenges of the library. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. They fail to realise that a Library is a place of quiet How do they want to correct people when they talk on the top of their voices. It would good if leadership can pay an unexpected visit on a Saturday. They’ve all been chatting loudly over 2 hours now. Unacceptable!!!!!’
The Staff are too loud and noisy They forget that it’s a library
