Utterly rude and miserable woman serving. Too busy listening to music or chatting on her phone to take a correct order then blames the customer when you mention she used the wrong milk.
Having been to 8 costas all been pleasant baristas, greeting you with a smile,this barista was not behind the service counter, no queue but had to wait for her to appear then no apology for wait and no smiles wont visit this costacoffee for a while.Service: 3/5
I implore any visitors to the UK not to eat a pastry here, particularly if you are French, it will upset you. What a rude and impatient barista, and there wasn’t even a queue, always the same at costa, they just don’t seem to train their staff

They need to change their closing time, the app says 5.30 and as I found out it is actually 5.00pm, waited to be served to be told they were closing, this was 5.15, pointed out about the time on the app and the girl showed me the time outside, which did say 5pm but in fairness to the girl she did serve me. Can't believe a costa in such a busy location shuts so early, the volume of people passing through would warrant it being open later... Well done to the girl that served me, still kept smiling even though she was on her own in the shop and could have turned me away
Amazing customer service, always smiling and welcoming. The service is fast and always up to standard. I was in a rush in the morning and i got my coffee faster then most places i go. Thank you Simona!!
The woman behind the counter was so lovely! I didn’t quite catch her name but she was wearing a headscarf! She deserves a raise! Lovely service made my day! :
