Used for the entire family tree funerals, visit often every wk but visited recently - cleaned and upgraded the family headstones- but last visit - confused I know there is wildlife and real flowers and wreaths are prone to be eaten or disappearing but artificial flowers placed into a fixed cast iron flower holders- really hoping this isn't the start of theft or vandalism can't blame the winter or weather go every weeksort it out will you
Really like the upgrade. Grounds are superb, as are the staff. Waiting room a bit small and we had to wait on the previous funeral to leave. Also, although we all know what happens here, there is a fair amount of noise from the Crematory..I guess it is difficult to deal with that...overall though this a well run facility in lovely surroundings.
It feels like home. My nana and grandad are there as well as my grandads dad. My dad has just passed away at aged 52 and going in with my nana and grandad and it’s the most peaceful cemetery I’ve ever visited. I live in a different area but grew up around here and I’ve always said when I pass I want to be here. Everyone who works here are respectful also. Every time I drive in it feels like home and I love the feeling of how my family members are at peace at the right place.
Was here for my wife's grans funeral this week and it was a lovely setting.nVery heart felt service and the staff were lovely and showed lots of compassion.
Recently spoke with James on the phone about fi ding two graves in Camelon cemetery. He couldn't have been more helpful. He even asked the gardeners to mark a specific grave, making it easier to find. I suspect a member of staff also cleaned the gravestone making it easier to read.nThe whole place is a credit to the people who work there and maintain it.nThanks
