I visited this unit to wait for my early morning flight, the staff were very helpful specially Reda and Bali they made a lovely coffee , the panini was a bit expensive but i know it's the airport. They filled up the drinking water for us and gave us information where about the departure gates, will definitely stop again if I fly from LBA.
We were served by Tammy who was not only polite and helpful but helped make our stay so much enjoyable
I would give it zero if I could. Ordered a couple of items with coffee.the price displayed different from the actual price. When queried told they would get security for disagreeing with their sharp pricing practice. Very poor customer interaction from lili Ann - manager. Avoid.
Massively expensive and also deceptive. The panini I order after grimacing at the price literally had pieces of tomato sliced into thirds and ran along the side to make it look like it had lots of filling when it reality it was almost empty.

Absolutely disgusting 2 of the worst sarnies ever. 11 quid as well.
Took order for sandwich and Heineken.sandwich OK as 1 staff member only serving food refused to do anything else while one on till kept taking orders but no-one making drinks.unreasonable wait. Staff were not flexible in their duties. Glad terminal was not busy at the time, this particular cafe struggled at a very quiet time.
The girl who was serving, Tisha, was absolutely fantastic. She was not only friendly, courteous and helpful with the ordering and making of drinks etc, but she was constantly aware of what was happening around her, helping those in wheelchairs, checking everyone had what they wanted if they couldn’t walk, having a quick smiley chat with people as she walked past. Every time there was nobody waiting she came over to clean tables etc. It’s rare to find someone who is an absolute gem like this, keep her at all costs! I’m not very easily impressed but…

Just had a a bacon roll , microwaved Tiny sliver of bacon most of it fat ,don't waste your money .. I had to put to sachets of tomato ketchup on it so I could actually swallow it as there was no butter or marg on it. Staff fantastic ..
