Excellent service - was honestly advised on an old and dangerous wood burner and despite the job being much more complicated than anticipated the new hearth and wood burner are stunning. Highly recommend. With special thanks to Tom.

We had a new fire installed yesterday. They were friendly, polite and helpful and did a incredibly neat and tidy job. We absolutely love our new fire. Thank you so much.

We had our gas fire installed on Friday by these guys. My wife and I are very happy with the finished result. They were all very polite and got the job done with minimal fuss and even cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for such an easy process. Highly recommend!

Had a survey booked for 630pm this evening... it's now 9pm and nobody has turned up. Rushed home from work for no reason. Not even had a phone call :-(

We waited 2.5 hours for someone to show up for our home survey. After many phone calls someone finally turned up and was great at running through our options. We were told our quote would be emailed through to us but it never was. Very disappointing
