I was really surprised how much H&S they put in to their job. We all had an amazing time and staff were amazing very nice to speak to and helpful. I’m surprised I’ve never been before but I will pass on to many by word and social media. Great experience and great for the family and work outings prices are fair for food and drinks. Thanks guys from the Reid family for all you done to make our day amazing. 100% coming back with more friends.

Great experience.  Two of my kids went karting, they both had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful- my daughter was taking part for the first time and was really well looked after, staff made sure she was comfortable and had a chat at the break between races with us. We will be back. Many thanks to Sam and team for looking after us.

was so much harder and needed a lot more strength to steer than I'd imagined, but once I got that under control it was brilliant, got smashed into though, wasn't pleasant but I suppose to be expected, overall I loved it. Will defo be back but maybe earlier when it's more quiet. Did not expect them asli to go ai fast but again ovde I was used to it was super thrilling . I'm gutted I forgot to mention how lovely and accommodating the staff were, they made me feel safe and were there the minute I needed them, IE crashed, I did this three times. I was mortified but they made me feel it's ok it happens and if you need anything we are here, in particular Junior was so good. He told us every step everything we needed to know as it was just my man and I in amongst a team. As I said over all brilliant and feel bad for not saying how nice the staff were and made it all flow. Thanks again

Subject: Disappointing Experience at TeamSport Go Karting Glasgow Cambuslang  Dear TeamSport Go Karting Glasgow Cambuslang Team,  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your Cambuslang location on [Date]. Despite paying £45 for the event, I was not allowed to join my friends due to a minor delay. Although I acknowledge that I mistakenly went to the Clydebank branch initially, I arrived at the correct location at 7:30 PM, well before the scheduled race start at 7:40 PM.  Unfortunately, despite my timely arrival and willingness to explain the situation, your staff refused to allow me to participate. The only explanation provided was a vague reference to "insurance purposes." I suggested joining the second and third races to avoid disrupting the event, but this proposal was also dismissed without any clear reasoning or consideration.  This lack of flexibility and understanding is deeply disappointing, especially given that I was present in time for the event. Additionally, the refusal to offer a refund or any alternative solution has left me feeling that my concerns were not valued.  This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your customer service moving forward.  Sincerely, Aloz

Staff was very polite and respectful, full of experience and enthusiasm. After each session, the staff members would talk to us and ask how the session went as well as giving us advice if needed. The track was very well designed and the karts felt really responsive. I overall had a really good time and will certainly be back.

Great experience, great staff! Paid for 2 races, got the option to add on a third for £10pp which I obliged! Also took advantage of the race again vouchers for £17.50pp happy customer, me and my 10 year old son had a great time

Visited a year ago and it was fantastic. I hadn’t been in a while though, but decided to go karting again in the last few weeks. The staff were excellent again as ever, in particular, Junior, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout. Will definitely be back sooner this time!

The track and the karts are both great, track can be abit slippery at times but not much can be done in that situation, the main issue I have with this track are the staff, I’ve been multiple times and unfortunately there have been almost every time, very aggressive drivers, they often ram into inexperienced drivers both scaring and hurting them, I have complained to the staff multiple times yet nothing has come of it, they would prefer to let things go on to save time rather than keep customers safe it seems, I hope they can keep a better eye out and act on situations quicker in the future. Overall though if you catch it on a quiet day it is a great track

Had a great time with my kids on our first karting experience.
