Unhelpful staff who rush you even when it's quiet and barely gave any useful information. We found a lot more on our own throughout the day in the centre of town which the staff failed to mention. They should be useful and annotate the maps and not try and charge you £2.50 for them! Also they said you couldn't take photos of the maps (which I was going to annotate over on my phone to make life easier) which makes absolutely no sense because once bought, people might do that anyway! This visitors centre needs a huge overhaul. It's like the national express bus station equivalent of visitor centres!

Beautiful place. Beautiful buildings, lots of museums. Punting on the river. Cows wandering in the park. A brilliant town with loads of fantastic shops and eating places. A fab little market in the market Square.

Maggie was a fantastic and awesome tour guide. She was informative, passionate and witty. I highly recommend her tour for Kings College and back.

The staff was even so helpful and the walking tours are really worth it to join in. The tour I took was kings college and the backs and the guide was knowledgeable and told us unique things about Cambridge.
