Brilliant pet shop, the couple that own it are very pleasant and really make every effort to care for they're customers. Highly recommend this shop.

I visited this shop today as i have just got a kitten. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful, patient and explained things to me as i bought them. There was also a gentleman who works there and he also offered and support. They didn't try to push me into buying things i don't need at the moment and guided me on things that are a necessity for a kitten. This was so helpful as it can be costly when you start of. And one other thing i must say is they are true animal lovers. They have a wide range of good quality products and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent service!!

This is the place to go in London for Budgies. The best and largest array of colours I have found for hand reared and aviary birds. Gentlemen who runs the shop is a proper nice chap too- will be back for all bird supplies!

I recently bought two plecos. I asked the yoing lady if she had two common plecos. She obviously did not know there are different species and said "yes". She went on to sell me one common pleco and one brittlenoesd pleco, which were diseased and now all my other fish have died. I won't be going back there again as this the second time I have bought ill fish from this store. A few years are when  they were on the corner of Cambewell Road I purchased a fantail goldfish. I thought it was an unusual colour black and gold. Only to realise that the fish was suffering from ammonia burns. I managed to treat it and bring it back to good health and had it until I got the two plecos.
