I bought online and went there to just picked it up. And thankfully I bought online coz STAFF WERE RUDE. They look at you from head to toe once you enter the shop. They talk to you in a transactional manner. They won’t even smile at you. Or maybe it was just me coz I don’t wear fancy clothes or do not even look posh to afford their products.
The staff provided false information about a product to make a sale to my partner, and then the store manager refused to offer a simple exchange when we found it was the wrong product, even when unopened and unused. I don’t traditionally leave negative reviews, but this has been a terrible customer experience.
Went here to return a pair of jeans I purchased online during boxing day sales. Entered the storr and approached a female staff member who with a smile and politely pointed me to the till and her colleague. She herself explained to the colleague of what was required. The male then proceeded to sort out my refund, however there was some sort of I.T issue and they were unable to process the refund straight away but they stated they will process it once the system allows them to. On blind faith I left the jeans which were £65 and I asked for something to be written down to say I had left the jeans with them. By the time I got home I saw that the refund had been processed. Great customer service in my opinion and they did what they said they will do. I would not hesitate to buy again from the shop now that I know where they are as I didn't even realise they had a shop in the Bull Ring.
Love it here, staff are super helpful absolutely love naveed, best member of staff, he remembers us which is always a nice touch.
Kiran was really helpful and I store the atmosphere was really good! Everyone else was really good and helpful!! Definitely recommend. I’m from Spain and I would be coming back. Service 10/10!!!

Great store if a little small, however they have another store locally that bring other stock in if you need it. Staff , top notch.
Love this place, even better when sales are on plus an additional 25% if you have a Blue Light Card, so check it out.
A little smaller than I would have thought given the size of the shopping mall, however, a decent range of products and friendly staff.
Totally rubbish online service, will not be using again.
