I genuinely had the best experience here with my sisters!! We went shopping for lingerie as I was soon to be married and Sandra was so patient during my fitting! Nothing was too much hassle for her and she made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. She even then offered to gift wrap my entire purchase as she knew it was for the most important day of my life!!
I went for my first time in Boux Avenue, Birmingham , Bullring ; the customer service was inadequate due to the rude staff refusing me for my fitting and rushed over to another staff talking about me and told her to refuse to serve me. From then I went to the till and asked the staff member there and I asked if I could get my fitting; the other 2 staff members shook their hands so I couldn’t get my fitting .
Went in the store just now, bullring branch two women on the tills were so rude when we asked to pay told me I was on my phone either way I was in the queue to pay no sorry to keep you waiting, anyone looking for great service avoid this branch the Asian woman rolled her eyes 1-10 for service
Customer service was fantastic! Jodie went above and beyond to help me with a fitting despite the shop being really busy, thanks so much!

I went in without a booked appointment but a lady called Sandra was soooo lovely and really helpful. I usually purchase from elsewhere but will be coming here from now on, just for the excellent customer service! Thank you. :
Friendly and welcoming staff, I would definitely recommend the store! Especially if you’re like me and aren’t sure on your sizing. The team then went out of their way to transfer a bikini over from another store, when it had sold out online - thank you very much for your help!!
Lovely underwear and swimwear and pyjamas .Was quite surprised that there was larger sizes available as I'm an e cup so struggle sometimes. Was quieter than I expected on a bankholiday but always prefer to shop early and avoid the crowds .

Brough a lime green body suit with matching accessories and dressing gown. Everything fitted amazing and looked so good. Best little purchases I've made in a long time. Absolutely in love with them. And great staff also I have a card for some money of on next purchases also
