I have been with Calor for two years now and never had a problem. They even delivered between Christmas and New Year this year. They will change over the cylinders on my twin cylinder system even without me being at home. Great service, thanks.

Drove there only to find out that the site is now closed to the public. They now only offer delivery. I'm not sure why opening times are still listed?

Phoned Potteries Calor on a Friday afternoon  enquiring about BBQ Propane Gas. Very helpful and courteous counter staff when I arrived just 20 minutes before closing time and also very courteous, jovial and helpful yard staff who assisted with the bottle changeover and loaded the heavy bottle into my car. Yes I know it’s a simple review about what should be the norm regarding customer service these days, but it’s all the more reason to provide a review when the only other one at this time gave 1 star and no explanation why?

Staff were fine however they were closed for lunch when i got there so i had to hang around and the gates were locked and so couldn't easily park up.If they had put lunch break times on the website it would prevent inconvenience.

Can't even buy gas anymore. Also struggling to get it from anywhere else. Without being ripped off. Flo gas from now on.
