Calcutta Club

Well maintained 115 years of old property situated in a good central location. European architecture and colonial interiors are the highlights . Ambiance is beautiful and rooms are specious. Staff and employees are well behaved. Food , service is very good .It was a classic experience.

One of the oldest and most well preserved club in the country of which their are large number of eminent members from around the world and where the quality of food has remained the same for years . It exudes a quintessentially old world charm and hosts some of the most heart rendering music soirées in wintertime. It is truly a privilege to have been a guest of this esteemed establishement for so many years when I visit the city of joy!

Went there for Christmas Lunch, was very good, very nostalgic feelings in terms of seating arrangements, taste and service. However I want management to note: 1. The person at the soup counter was lifting 3 - 4 cups at a time with his fingers dipped inside. 2. Pork chops were hard as leather. Rest of the food was amazing.

I went Calcutta Club to attain a reception party of my brother . It was beautiful . The lawn area and the community halls are spacious.

One of the best swimming pools I have ever encountered! Palacial marble stepped indoor heated swimming pool with very neat changing rooms with very well mannered attendants offering towels and toiletries! The hot chocolate in the lawn after a winter warm swim is an absolute bliss...I liked the Chinese food there along with the pork chops!

Calcutta club itself is an identity....nothing more to say.. Njoyed... As always... Food is superp.. Service .. Especially bekary.

This is a social club for meeting and enjoying the company of fello members with a cup of pure Darjeeling tea with snacks. Also relaxation can be done with good books. One can enjoy the decor and have good food. Centrally located with a sprawling lawn and magnificent furniture, one can very much enjoy the beautiful place. Waiters are very well-behaved. Really enjoyable atmosphere.

Had dinner today with my relatives and friends. Food was very delicious. Ambience is lovely and peaceful. Service of restaurant was excellent. We all enjoyed this evening fully.

Brilliant ambience and setup, rich heritage. Glad to be a part of the community! The subsidised offerings are too good to be true as well.

Amazing Property. Great Location. Rooms are Nice and Simple yet Great. Amazing Ambience of the Restaurant. Really Pretty Pool Area. Huge Parking Space. Food is a bit Disappointing Though. Bar Rates are Reasonable. Really Pretty Views from Higher Floor Rooms. Very Sweet and Helpful Employees. Also There the Property is Wheelchair Accessible. Call at the Reception 5 Minutes before you reach the Venue and they will arrange a Wheelchair and a person will be waiting at the entrance with the Wheelchair to receive you.
