Really enjoyed the food and drinks here and quick service. We had pizza and chilli chips was perfect. I hosted my daughter's engagement party in the private function room. Everything was excellent, the Food, Service and Atmosphere was really good. There were so many compliments from all the guests. The room is totally private with it's own Entrance, Bar and Tiolets. I would definitely use it again.Food: 5/5
Great pub/ grill. The decor was modern, clean and beautiful. The food was tasty and plentiful with a reasonable price tag. I went to watch a football game and their big screens were great and they happily turned the sound up for us to immerse into the game like a sports bar. Very chilled, relaxed setting, well return. Great place to visit for food or just a drink, prices are slightly higher than most other places but the quality of the food and the service more than makes up for this. Plenty of parking, wheelchair friendly, vegetarian friendly, vegan friendly. Edit :- I've now spent a good few months frequenting this venue and the more you visit the more you enjoy, the Cocktails are amazing and made to the individuals tasteon request
Quite some years since I was last here before my revisit this most recent weekend. Truly a refreshing lift to the Cagney's bar with new, up and running management team, without losing it's old touches. I believe it has a family-run like appeal, or a great team! With a huge interior and exterior, you're never lost for seating, with many booths, tables, spacious toilet entrance room and 2 double doors on arrival, makes it more accessible I believe. This place is super ideal for hosting a party. They play Football games on the TV in an open dome-walkway entrance into a room right next to the bar, great watch and atmosphere. Service is incredibly attentive and welcoming, and it's shows consistently throughout the service around the entire pub/restaurant. They offer quite the selection in food Cuisine, there is a bite for everyone, meat and plenty of veg options. From small bites to more filling dishes, prices are great averaging £10 and under for sides/main dishes etc. You can smell the attracting aroma of fresh, cooked, seasoned food cascading gently from the kitchen or when someone orders, and it looks the part too! It's a fantastic stop for family, friends, parties, all the works. Can't wait to stop by again! 19/03/2023: Came here again for my weekly football visit, mother day special of a free cocktail was enjoyed by the family members. Ordered Plain Chips, Chilli Chips and Peri Peri Wings, which came with a side salad and a fresh side of poppadoms with dips. All were incredible, fresh and flavourful. The wings were fantastic, and both chips are lovely and comforting. Enjoyed every bite and I still can't wait to enjoy even more of what they have to offer. Always a great time and friendly service, consistent and recommend. Thank you. Parking: Outside the pub to the right of the building I believe you can park on the pathway it's backed onto, or just a very short walk on street parking of course. Quite the few spots. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 double doors on arrival, can be opened up to gain access to the inside of the building, these can be difficult as open up into one another so may be best to call before hand if not attending with a guest to open these up completely, although not sure if the entrance to the left of the building still exists and can be opened up for you fire exit possibly The toilets have a huge round walkway room entrance with seating in it's centre if waiting, separating then into men's and women's bathroom. There's 2 doors to the women's also, believe these are push and pull, shall update if I find out more. Huge amount of seating and booths, I'm sure they have no problem accommodating a table to whomever and their needs to be met for a comfortable dining experience. The walkthrough all the way to bar and toilets is spacious enough for a wheelchair user, although I can't remember if it's a step/ramp up to the platform step up into the other seating area with follows into toilet from the bar shall update this when I can Music wasn't loud when I was there as the football was on, not sure what it's like when there isn't a game on but everything seemed nicely adjusted already as I don't think they're trying to attract specifically a loud or rowdy bar scene. Selection of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and soft drinks, which accommodates more of everyone.
Been here a few times now. Very nice place well refurbished. Food is great, service is on point. Staff very friendly. Vegetarian options: Loads of option's Parking: Parking space front and back
