A fun quirky experience, the place is jazzed up with other companies and there is a upbeat vibe to the place. Somewhere you would see a range of people to come for any occasion and A range on the menus to please anyone. I had a Terry's chocolate mocha and the Italian feast flatbread. Portion size is amazing and food is well priced too. I would go again for sure.
Visited at the weekend for a quick bite. Atmosphere is good and seems a popular venue for large portions of food. I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with two coffees and some cake, cost just under £20. Nothing was amazing just something you could produce at home. The venue needs a deep clean, hair and food crumbs on the seats. We moved from our first table which was dirty also.
First time visiting Caffeine Club and i will definitely be returning, my partner and I only popped in with the intention of having a quick coffee as we'd just left 'The Box' attraction. After seeing the menu we couldn't resist the 2 pint milkshakes, not for the faint hearted lol, they were delicious. I look forwarded to returning again and trying more of what this place has to offer. The decor was amazing, its got a really quirky feel to the place.
It looks cool inside but menu had no vegan options, only vegetarian so all we could have was a vegan milkshake which didn't taste the best but it wasn't the worst. Sad we couldn't eat and had to go somewhere else.
The service was ok but my food had a hair on it and they replaced the meal eventually, but meant I ate after my partner had finished his. They apologised but that was it. Food pretty cold and the sausages and bacon in the breakfast were clearly very cheap.
Cheesy classic burger was stale, bland, really dry and hard to eat. Inside of the chips were still frozen. The best thing on the plate was the lettuce. There was barely any cheese on the burger. Overall I won’t be surprised if I get sick in the next few days. Very disappointing as the place looks great.
Best place to go for some late-night food and some cheeky extra drinks after a night out. It has a completely unique atmosphere using old restaurant signs as decor. Good seating options, even ones for big groups. The food is a bit hit or miss, but it's exactly what you need when it's after midnight and you're too drunk to care. They have a big menu of comfort foods. It's a bit confusing to figure out where you go to order food and where you go to order drinks. Sometimes you have to go searching for the drinks menu too. The service overall is lacking and slow, sometimes they're even a bit rude. Otherwise it's a fun place to be with friends
Love this place...a must visit whilst in Plymouth if u love qwerky place of interest
Not what it used to be, if you're expecting 3am 2 pint milkshakes, or even the mega burgers, just find somewhere else. I get we came before closing time but we were given food not worth the value we paid and told to box it up ourselves and leave. Most restaurants would hold FOH for half hour to let customers finish eating. I'll let you all work out how you get an overpriced nuclear bowl of nachos into a paper takeaway box without ripping five layers of skin of your extremities. In house staff were kind though so that was nice
Go here regular as food good and lovely place to hang with friends but today has bad experience that had to share. Went me and a friend both of us female and as our food was brought out the waiter had to make two rounds because we ordered tapas - we wanted to try lots and and take the rest back for dinner. But the waiter made several comments on how it was a lot of food - commenting how we ordered a lot and I think this is disgraceful behaviour for anyone to comment on anyone's food intake - as someone who has suffered with an ed in the past these comments particularly hit close to home and made me extremely uncomfortable - its definitely not the kind of comments I expect from waiting staff and I am extremely disappointed.
