After a looong, icy, windy, and bright day I had good break, at the 'Ritazza', the service was really good, even though the main waiter, was working alone, he was able to serve a queue of 7 people, waiting for hot coffee, capuccinos. And if you get the chance to order an hot chocolate, you'll receive this beauty... Go and get yourself warm and comfy.
4 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to be served. Server had an attitude, wouldn't make eye contact, huffed and puffed at every request, purposely placed my change 2 foot away from my hand which was right in front of her. To top this she made only one drink at once, even if a group order was taken. Terrible service.
Not a good experience, only one person serving, really slow service. The people in front of me in the que were told there were no saucers as they were being cleaned. When I was eventual served I was curtly told they had no Chi or ice drinks, despite them having a large advert promoting them above the counter which is why I had prevailed in the slow moving que in the first place. Give them a miss.
Very poor service. One person serving, two people cleaning. Despite large price board was stung an extra 10p for 'drinking in'. Not clearly marked. No wonder most other reviews are critical. By making it cheaper to use a throw away cup, it does not help the environment. Do any Management from Ritazza actually read these reviews.?
This company has what can only be called a racist policy of not accepting Scottish notes, reason given it is company policy not to take Scottish notes. As Scottish notes are backed by deposits of "English" notes in our banks this is nonsense. There are more forged English notes in circulation than Scots. It does not cost extra money to bank Scottish notes in England unless you are being ripped off I RUN A NATIONAL COMPANY so I know. Shame that this company asks anon White employee to enforce their racist policies. Why did we vote for the union.
Friendly staff but busy and slow. There was a coffee stain on the plate my food was served on and I didn’t have coffee and fruit flies on the pastries. Also overpriced for what you get.
I order one expresso and earl grey medium, but i pay double expresso and earl grey large. This its not correct.
Nice coffee, but average tasting and over priced preprepared/reheated food
Definitely not worth the price. Not coming back
THE place to grab a coffee before getting on a train.
