Lovely place selling divine coffee. Was served by a man will he was helpful made me my coffee just as i like it! I have been served by others but he listened to my order and did it properly which hasnt always been the case with other members of staff
At Welwyn Garden City, They always serve really fast and temperature suited drinks. This Caffè Nero is very busy when comes to the sitting arrangements. The interior is nice and calming.
This Caffè Nero stands out from the rest in Welwyn Garden because of its exceptional service. The whole team are great, a special shout for Connor, Maria and Anca. Hey, the coffee’s a treat as well. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Not the best feel when you're sitting inside but good coffee

Used to be good, but going downhill very quickly. Poor coffee, not much food selection, just not that pleasant. Dissapointed. Staff seem fed up and needs a refurb or bigger location.

Not just a coffee shop. It's friendly, the staff are good and get to know you. The drinks and service are always good and the atmosphere is good there at all times of day.
