I didn't like the guy serving me he was rude and the hot chocolate tasted like dish water. Not impressed. Won't ever be going back.

Excellent customer service. The lady who served me sorry I've forgotten your name took her time to help and explain the Caffè Nero app to me which I really appreciate.

Great memories of this place. I wrote many of my master's papers here and pretty much lived in the place for a good couple of years. The staff were always lovely, especially the manager Nazim. The coffee and pastries are fantastic and the atmosphere calm and welcoming. An absolute haven.

Lovely, cozy and great communication. Will be making this a daily stop.

Good store, friendly staff, ample seating, ordered a cappuccino with chocolate and the barrista forgot to add it, not a major problem though. Would recommend to others though.
