Great service! The ladies were very friendly and polite but I was very disappointed about their working conditions- particularly as they were working with their coats on due to the large hole in roof! Very draughty in this freezing December. This company should at least look after their staff! How appalling! These companies rake in money and neglect their employees,disgusting!
Can never get a drink you want as they are always out of something, be it hot chocolate powder, syrups, ice etc… last 3 times I’ve walked away empty handed. Staff seem not to be bothered either. I’ve given up on this place.
Excellent and friendly service this Sunday evening. Delicious oat hot chocolate and lovely to see dairy-free milk options at no extra cost!
No respect for customer nor care for business. The person there prefers to let go of customers then decorating super expensive sandwiches and panini's. Moved to other one on platform 4 there the lady got my order 3 times wrong. I cancelled it as my train was arriving at platform 3. Even changing platform and running around didn't get me what I wanted.Train your staff for better customer service and how to work under pressure. Misleading public by providing false info abt opening times when it opens half hour late...no good.
Compostible coffee cup just leaked all over the train. Bought 10 minutes ago. My hand is burnt too. Despite good service the cups don’t hold liquids sadly
Shortbread is advertised 1.80£ and lady charged me 2£ when asked she said its a extra charge for paying with card but it's not on the receipt that explinatio , It's not about the 20 pence is about the respect you have for a customer . zero respect in that sense
Went to platform 4 and thought would buy a tea. Very disrespectful young two girls serving. No sense of customer service - eye rolling - when I asked for decaf got a disrespectful answer - when the tea came wasn’t stirred and tasted awful.

Relates to the stand on platform 3/4. I've had really terrible coffee here three times, recently - weak yet bitter and with a distinct whiff of dishwater, or the taste when you reheat coffee in the microwave. Can they be re-using grounds? Surely not Also very abrupt service, verging on rude.
Very Rude service, employee on her phone asked for a smoothie that’s clearly advertised on the menu but she said we do not do them. Honesty it just looked like she was to interested in her phone to make one.
