What a gem of a place. Sally is a wonderful hostess who made us feel so welcome. We were blessed to watch as she warmly interacted with her deaf customers, who clearly enjoy returning to this cozy haven. The afternoon tea was delicious. I don't drink tea, but had about 3 cups! Lovely.
My friend had booked afternoon tea for my birthday - and what a lovely experience all of us 3 ladies had today. We had been asked for any special requests - one was minus mayonnaise and one requested no butter on sandwiches - all 3 of us were presented individually with a cake stand full of gorgeous homemade delights and our specific sandwiches on the bottom tier - all freshly made. We were made to feel very welcome and the tea was endless and served by a friendly lady who could not do enough for us. Thank you from us all - I don't visit Bourne very often but I think we will return.
Lovely little cafe, most delicious cake and scone!! 10/10 for the coffee and excellent service! Will be coming back for lunch next time!! x
Here's a little nest of heartwarming treasure .we had lovely food nice coffee .clean area friendly staff with good attitude n mannersvery rare these daysThe apple crumble was so scrumptious with good amount of custard.me.ory lane was tasted we will go back n recommend to all .3old farts on treasure hunt .N WE FOUND IT.

The array of cakes was amazing and very delicious. But.....The cappuccino was very weak and tasted like hot milk. Maybe I should have asked for an extra shot. The cafe is clean, compact and has friendly staff. It also has outside seating. I would definitely go again, but woyld ask for that extra shot!

We have just arrived home after having afternoon tea at caffe cream.... It was absolutely amazing, More than we could eat of sandwiches and selection of cakes,choice of teas or coffee had to bring a lot home as was impossible to eat it all.I am vegan and was totally impressed by the effort and options that I was given. We cant praise it enough and highly recommend it. Marvellous..Thank you Sally. We won this in a raffle that she held for her 1st year in this fab little coffee shop and proceeds went to a local care home. It was a proper treat and will enjoy the doggy bag for our tea tomorrow...
Always a pleasure visiting this cafe ..Sally and the staff provide great service ..dog friendly as well which helps when out and about with the dogs ..they love the fuss and the treats ..see ya soon ...
Although we are im a weird and worrying time, I am so grateful and happy that Sally has remained opened and has endeavoured to keep baking her fab cakes etc to keep us all going and our tummies happy. It gives us a chance to get out and meet up outside and have a takeaway coffee to start the day. We take cakes home and they are just yummy. So thankyou Sally, hang in there.. it wouldn't be the same if not for you.xx
