Great coffee, terrible staff. May have been bad timing on my part; seemed to be around a change in shift but took an age to order my coffee despite the store being quiet. (We weren't expecting table service or anything, we were queued my the till as normal) Then I was only charged for one coffee and struggled to get someone's attention to pay for my wife's coffee. Should have just took them and left. If I'd have realised the inconvenience I was clearly causing the young barrista then I would have!

Very slow service. I had to ask one of the staff standing idly behind the counter to serve me, which she immediately did! The cortado was fantastic as was the snack, but it wasn't enough to overcome the frustration of the too-long wait. Great location though.

A bit pricey for coffee and scone, especially when the jam was charged as 35p extra. (I only realised this when it was rung up on the till). Coffee was good, scone nice and venue great. Just watch for the hidden extras!

Great staff. Fabulous service. Comfy seats and free wifi. Add yummy coffee and food and its one of my absolute fav places to hang out. Theres also a loyalty scheme and a handy little app for you to keep everything in one place. HIGHLY recommend.
