It's my third time drinking coffee in this store and nothing changed, I found every single time the tables were full of trays, right next to that elevator could easily place two stands for trays and then take them down once they've filled out, taking in consideration the number of customers that steps in Daily I strongly recommend to check the whole tables every 15-30 mins, and a monitor for CCTV in the bar could also help to determine if necessary to clean the floor or not. Many thanks!
Enjoyed sitting upstairs and really enjoyed the mellow tones music. Very relaxing... thank you. My flat white was too milky though....didn't enjoy it. Tasted like a latte!Food: 4/5
Slowest service I’ve ever had! 3 people in front of me in the queue and it took 20 minutes to get my coffee! Inside is fine, coffee is average. Could be a very nice experience but just such a slow serving time!!
Service has been so slow of late, people end up leaving the queue. Some of the staff just don't seem to care. No management around. I also watched one staff members old festival bracelet fall in someone's coffee in between his rubbing his nose. Pretty gross.
Awful slow service. Waited in a queue of FOUR people for 15 minutes to be served. The staff have no idea about food hygiene, wearing long earring, long hair not tied back, loads of bracelets! Disgusting service and behaviour. A manager needs to get involved ASAP.
Small downstairs area, but they do have an upstairs with more seats. Disabled lift is also there. Coffee is fine, and the staff are good too.Service: 5/5
Awful food, miserable service and zero atmosphere. Plus way too expensive, find somewhere else and don't waste your money here!! Regretted our visit Food: 1/5
The service is hit & miss depending on the staff. Went in there & it felt like an age queuing while the staff are chatting & not paying attention to the queue. Not great.
Popped in for a coffee. Very good. Good atmosphere. Plenty of seating upstairs.Service: 4/5
Awful chain that hasn’t paid tax in the UK for decades google it! … we are in the middle of a cost of living crises and every penny that is sent to shell companies overseas is a leakage to the UK economy and makes us all poorer - spend your money with locally owned, tax paying companies instead!
