Small hidden gem, cosy atmosphere. Staff attentive and quick service.nnWe both had burgers, The Smoker & The Texan Show Stopper.....wow. The flavours of both were great, the portion sizes were spot on.nnWill be back, would reccomend to others.
Some of the best food I've had in quite a while.nnThe staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure they had our orders correct before leaving the table.nnYou do have to pay as you go on card when ordering but this isn't a problem.nnThe food was simply delicious. I had one of the burritos with pulled pork on and it was amazing. It came with fries that were seasoned lovely.nnWe would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a better class of burger, burrito or loaded fries.nnThe prices are also very reasonable compared to other places and you get a decent portion.
We have been wanting to try this place for a while so decided to go today. My goodness, it does not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and tastes so good. The food was well presented and really fit in with the American theme.nThe girl who served us was called Matilda and she was so attentive and lovely. She is a real credit to the owner!nWill definitely return that is for sure!
Decided to take our son here for a 16th birthday meal as he loves American food. We saw the cafe advertised on Facebook and it looked amazing. We called up to book a table, as all the pictures on Facebook show the cafe packed out. The gentleman who answered checked the diary and said he would be able to get us in. Fab news. When we arrived there was good parking and Mill looked good. When we walked inside the cafe there was nobody in dining. It was empty which surprised us. Anyway we sat down and was greeted by lovely girl who gave us menu's. The young girl came back to our table and took drinks order. Unfortunately there was no Rose wine on the menu and even though they had cocktails advertised above the bar, they wasn't doing them either. So ended up with a coffee instead.nMy son & partner ordered Milkshakes.nThe 2 young girls who was serving seemed very inexperienced and the chef / owner had to come out of the kitchen to help them make the milkshakes.nWe then ordered our meals. We asked the girl could we have the mac & cheese from the starters and have it all together with our main meals as we wanted to share it. She very kindly said she would ask the chef. Off she went to return to our table saying the chef said No. So we decided not to have it. Shame really as that lost them a £7.50 sale.nWhen our meals arrived they looked good and was piping hot. I had The Killer which was ok but had way too much sauce on. As I was biting my burger it was just sloppy with sauce & cheese and falling apart in my hands. Very messy. I also had philby steak fries. Wow these where 10/10. Loved them.nMy partner had The Texas Show Stopper and upgraded to Pulled pork fries. He said it was nice but again commented on too much sauce. He gave it a 6/10.nOur son had The New Yorker and said it was lovely. He gave it a 8/10. He also upgraded his fries to pulled beef and was very impressed with them.nThe cafe was really nice and the American interior was fab. The staff was very friendly.
My favourite place to eat in Mossley! Been here a few times and the food is always amazing! Especially the salt & pepper chicken and chips. Great value for money and the chef is always very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
