Came for a birthday breakfast this morning with my family. Service was excellent and food was deliciously good. A great choice of breakfast options. It was hard to choose, but that just means I will have to come back to try more!nWe had a table for 7 upstairs and the staff treated us with a birthday card and an extra treat at the end. Thank you cafe vie!
Amazing food and service. Breakfast & lunch is always on point… However, the best thing they do is the around the world tapas at the end of each month, showcasing around 7-8 different small plates of food from various countries. It’s an evening meal and it changes every time. We’ve been 4 times now and it’s absolutely delicious and very well priced!!! A must try… check out the website for each coming months menu.

We made a detour to this brilliant little cafe on a journey down the M1 and can highly recommend it.nnWelcoming and efficient service and superb food. From an extensive menu, we had a delicious homemade Bircher muesli and a giant crumpet loaded with bacon, homemade sausage patty, a perfectly poached egg and other bits and bobs. Our coffees were great, too.nnThe shared carpark is chargeable, but very cheap 80p for an hour. There looked to be free on-road parking a short walk away.
Friday 14th February 2025. Valentine's dinner 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Table for one. I felt comfortable booking for one and was delighted with the selection on offer.nThe lobster bisque was an amazing starter. Each dish that followed was beautifully balanced and flavoured. The salmon was perfect followed by the well seasoned beef lasagna. I could go on about the food, but I would like to say that the atmosphere was welcoming and a great experience. I was dining alone as my girlfriend was on service overseas. We swopped photos of our meals later. The staff, were great, and I had one of my most memorable dining experiences ever. Thank you Cafe Vie.
