Amazing! my son decided on here for his birthday and they really took care of us all, even bringing him out some extra. Food was amazing as always. They were busy so it took a little while about 25 minutes or so for 5 meals but is always worth the wait. Staff are so friendly and really good. food was about £70 for all 5 of us, but there was enough left for lunch for 3 of us the next day. Looks like we might be going back tonight too! thanks folks!
Absolutely amazing! Food was beautiful, massive portions and cooked to perfection. The service was also brilliant. They were running a bit behind but kept me informed all the time and were so apologetic about it! Highly recommend Bank St Kitchen. We will definitely be coming again!
Was very excited to try this place, whilst the food is amazing, the service let them down. We arrived at 12pm and placed an order I appreciate it was a large order however, we were still waiting an hour later for the food, other people In a group also had a large order they had come in after us, had their food eaten it and left, along with three other people getting their food, all whilst we were still sat waiting for ours.nnI wouldn't let this stop me from coming again and am more than happy to give a second chance, will also call in future if a large order but it was annoying to be sat there, watch others get their food and leave before we even got ours.
Probably the best burger I've had in my life! The dirty fries were also insane. Staff were cool and kind. I would travel the 90 miles from where I live just to eat here . Also the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was warm.nnGot 2 burgers and dirty fries for those wondering.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone. Amazing staff and tasty food! Honestly 10/10 worth the visit
