HellonToday we came in and to see there was no honey saracha, absolutely fine, told it would be 30 pound for a small and large steak fries, as usual absolutely fine, then told after payment, a 30min wait, not a problem, happy to wait. We took our food home, to find only disappointment with the quality of the meat and the meal to the point we have had to bin the meat. Genuinely wouldn’t even give it to our dog. The steak was extremely fatty and struggled to chew, and it looked as if it had been placed near a pan, not on it. Please can this be taken forward.nWe have been very loyal customers since you opened and was so disappointed today. Annoyingly the chips and the sauce were amazing, as usual.nWe did message Bank streets socials and were unable to directly send a review to them, so this is the reason for the review on google.
Words cannot describe how unbelievably tasty the food is here! Honestly the chicken tenders are the best I have ever tasted in my life. Nothing has ever come close to these guys! The owner is such a nice guy, very welcoming atmosphere!
Absolutely fantastic every time. Everything I've tried so far has been so good but the parmesan tenders are something else. Staff great and work very hard to get the food out as fast as it does 6 star for me
First visit last week. We ordered takeaway - only criticism is the wrapping foil of the burgers is a little loose but the burger inside is superb , even with a 5 mile journey home the burgers were still intact so the foil did it's job but they were Hot and delicious. Would 100% recommend the Chicken and beef burger . I will be returning for more.
