Hi we have a problem my order had missing items and when I called the restaurant thay were very cheeky and I was not a good experience. Thay said thay where going to send out the missing items and I didn't receive them this is not the first time this has happened the laddy that answered the phone cut me off 3 time and even shouted at me 2 of the 3 pizza was not right .it was not even remotely acceptable to be treated like this and not get my order or money back .
Asked for portion of chips, cheese and donna meat and a donna kebab. Gave me portion of chips and donna meat with no cheese and a donna meat with nothing else. Don't listen to you when taking your order.
Ordered food didn't come have ordered from here before where food was OK hence the 3 star but tonight rude staff ordered food didn't arrive at stated time or arrive so contacted restaurant to then get a different arrival time again it was late so spoke to staff to then say because I left review about food that they won't send food or return if funds because they don't like bad reviews
wanted to share my recent experiences with you because I believe in giving feedback constructively. Over the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and food at your establishment. As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to see the standards slipping. Out of my last five orders, four have been incorrect or missing items that were paid for. When I've tried to address these issues with your staff, their aggressive attitude has only added to the frustration. It's disappointing to receive a rectified order slammed on the counter as if it was my fault for their mistake. I truly hope that you can address these issues promptly, as I remember how great your services used to be in the past.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered food to collect and when I've gotten there they haven't even started to prepare the food. The owner lied to me saying it was in the oven and made it up sneakily behind the counter. When I realised what he was doing i asked if it wasnt prepared yet and he said it was in the oven and he was making a different pizza and he kept telling me 2 minutes. After being there for 10 minutes I asked if it's not in the oven already then don't make it and give me my money back and the cheek and attitude I got from the owner was shocking I've been going there for years I won't be back
The garlic and cheese naan was heaven and the curry sauce was ace! They deliver fast, as long as there's no football at Parkhead. Will order again!Food: 5/5
Used to be good years ago revisit and won’t be back the food was disgusting pizza over cooked and the sauce tasted off waste of money wouldn’t recommend which is a shame because it was spot on years back. Update 26/06/2023 These cowboys have got worse arguing on phone think they are big hard men. Avoid at all costs putting some fake bricks doesn’t cover up the fact you are a bunch of cowboys who wanna try threatening people over a phone absolutely disgusting behaviour love to see them talk to me like that face to face.
Have been using Spice Grill for years, always great food and delivery. Tonight however I was shocked, ordered a 10 inch pizza and a 10 inch calzone pizza and was charged £20.75 are we paying for the revamp you were doing?
Normally great place to get a takeaway. But tonight my delivery was not such a good experience. Really not happy with it. Left notes specifically stating No Salad or Sauce on a burger as there is no option when ordering to not get these and normally its done and not a problem. Also paid for separate sauce, which I never received. Called them to explain I hadn't received exactly what I ordered, and they offered to make a new one which is fine. I wasn't bothering with the sauce. But I was then asked to pop round and pick it up. Which I did, however, I paid for delivery, but due to their mistake had to go out in the pouring rain to collect the fix for the mistake they made. Not really the greatest service in the world especially since I order fairly regular. More annoyed about the fact I ordered food for Delivery, to then have to go pick it up anyway and all I received was a Sorry for it. I may as well have went out in the rain to pick it up and saved myself a few quid. Had to go out anyway in the end.
Ordered food, took over an hour and ended up sending a random order. Phoned restaurant to get sorted but no one answered. AvoidFood: 1/5
