What a treat for breakfast -- the best french toast and breakfast sausage I've ever had. Affordable, delicious and great service. We'll be back the next time we're in Dublin.
Very very good food. It’s quite relaxing in their outdoor seating area too. I had the scallops to start and it had a “melt in your mouth” texture, perfectly caramelized to give its natural umami a boost and they were well-presented. The mussels tasted fresh as well and paired with their white wine and its tomato-based sauce, it was excellent. The roast salmon’s skin was lovely and crispy, the fish was moist and savoury and the sides the came with it were seasoned well. My only issue with Spark’s is we waited a bit long to have our orders taken even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Overall, I’m happy with Spark’s and I would go back again.
Very nice spot, lovely service, i had mussels for a starter and salmon for my main It included roasted potatoes and side salad Very tasty and fresh seafood. My partner had antipasta for starter and a pizza for his main. He really enjoyed it. Good location in smithfeild. We enjoyed the music. Nice cocktails too
Can't fault a single thing. Amazing place, amazing food, wonderful staff. Very highly recommended. Just outside Jameson so it's easy to find. We had lunch on one day and evening meal on the next. Recommend their pasta.Food: 5/5
While the food was good not outstanding but good, the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. Even the chips were just fired onto the plate. No additional sauces provided either. We had to wait for ages to place an order. The fixed menu had changed to a Christmas menu but we had to ask for this and the other early bird menu was still in the menu folder. It was quite confusing. All the plates of food that we got as a group of 8 could have been better presented and garnished. It also took us ages to get our bill. Staff were pleasant just no organisation. Also only one ladies toilet so a queue formed into the restaurant outside if the toilet. Just not somewhere I would recommend.
Delicious food and very kind, attentive staff! I have been here many times and each time everything has been excellent.
Great morning on St Patrick's day with the guys at Sparks , food is top quality. Pay a small bit extra for excellent food and care, it's a must have. Thank you Donna & Hassan
Fantastic food, and drink, and desert. The staff are great friendly and funny. Great atmosphere, would 100% recommend.
Good place for lunch with sandwich/wrap options as well as larger meals. Very popular so book a table if a large group. "Outdoor" seating in a covered area can be a bit cold especially with the door opening and closing so ask for a table inside if you don't have a coat!
Really pleasant, quick & friendly service, the breakfast was lovely & light & very reasonably priced. We had coffee, french toast, the eggs Benny & the full Irish - everyone very satisfied
