Stopped here for lunch today. I would recommend the place. Food is good and the staff was super friendly. Service was also fast. Went for the lunch menu. Wanted to have some Italian food and been picking for quite a while on our way we saw this place and went there instead! Absolutely amazing decision, wood fire oven for pizza, very romantic settings, staff was very nice, helpful and enjoying their job! Pizza had nicely thing dough and my friend had Pasta Carbonara and that was absolutely delicious! Definitely would come back! Great experience, keep it up guys!
The food is amazing and authentic. Staff is very friendly and you don’t have to wait long to get your food. Also the prices are very convenient. Would definitely recommend!
Great meal here this evening - friendly staff and we weren’t rushed even though they were busy still had great service too! They easily allowed for a request to change type of pasta used a preference for my partner, and a dietary requirement for health reasons for me. The food was delicious and we have no hesitation in recommending!

One thing that stood out and has been consistent all these years is how friendly and welcoming the people who work at Café Topolis are. The last time we were here was before the Covid pandemic and Café Topolis, to our delight, remained how they were. As always, the food is excellent. The seafood linguine linguine ai frutti di mare was fantastic. The mussels, prawns and squid were all perfectly cooked and went well with the lovely tomato sauce and the wonderfully cooked pasta. Great place to eat, as always!
We stayed in Dublin from 12/31/22 until 1/7/23 ate at this restaurant twice. Both time the food and the service were outstanding. We talked to the manager/owner who was from Florence and it was obvious to us that she took great pride in her restaurant. Wish she would open up a restaurant in the town we lived in, we would be regulars.
It was my Mum and I's first visit here and we availed of the 2 course lunch specials for €18 each. Both of us had calamari with salad to start. Cooked perfectly and tasty. For mains, I opted for the linguine frutti di mare in a creamy white wine garlic sauce and my Mum had the penne alla campagnola fillet beef, mushrooms in a creamy garlic white wine mustard sauce. Both were rich and gorgeous. We shared a carafe of house Pinot grigio for €23. Overall, lovely atmosphere, unrushed which was really appreciated, efficient service and delicious food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Keep it up
What a lovely little find! The food is amazing!!! tortellini was just delicious, the waitress I found to be friendly & welcoming. I would recommend this place. Very romantic & cosy with authentic tasty food.
