Selection of teas, coffees, soft drinks and alcohol in the light and airy atrium which forms a retail extension to the grand concourse of London Paddington railway station. Very friendly, smily yet efficient service against the backdrop of a busy transport hub.
Service was terrible, first they ignored me while they chatted then she just waved her hand and said there is your coffee. I am coffee lover and pop in to a lot of coffee shop but this was just over the top, I know you can be tired and not really in a mood to chat by hey just simply respect customer and your job.
