Food is great, many options and coffee is good, however they should shield their kitchen area off from customers as everytime I visit I constantly hear clanging of plates and cups, as if someone is in a bad mood, noise is over bearing. It's so bad, its genuinely making me think to go elsewhere, which is a shame as I generally like it here new update, 23/01/2020, staff are very slow in clearing the tables from cups as and plates, always have to do it myself, not good...
I enjoyed having a coffee here. I had a grand Americano with cream on the side. I also had a chocolate brownie which they heated up for me, and put whipped cream around it for the same price. The cake was just the right temperature, and the coffee was nice and hot also. I asked the assistant to only put two shots in the large mug because three shots of coffee would have definitely been too much for me, and he was willing to oblige. The staff seemed genuine and polite and the temperature of the restaurant was just right. The staff cleared up the tables very promptly so I didn't have to sit near to used coffee cups for long. It was altogether a pleasant experience.
I've been using the Sevenoaks branch for past 5 years. Love the staff and engagement with the customer is of a high quality. New manager is settling in well and team appear supportive of her which is a positive start for any manager. Given usual turn over of staff in profession the consistency and quality has remained a highly standard. Love being able to bring my pups in with me as dog friendly. Keep up the great work Kevin plus Bill & Ted
Good coffee and pastries. The WiFi is terrible. The breakfast pot is a big mistake, just stick to the sweet treats and sandwiches if there. It gets very busy at lunchtime, the staff is serving and the tables are not cleared. Friendly team, though.
Always a great welcome. Friendly staff and very peaceful in the early hours. They are also open surprisingly late on a Sunday. Nero have upped their game with risotto and soups on offer at lunch too.
Not impressed with the cafe allowing dogs. This is somewhere serving food and drink, it just doesn't seem right that dogs should be allowed round the tables when people are having lunch. Staff were good, although seemed to jump around and muck about a bit behind the counter. Prefer cafe Nero in bromley, which does not allow dogs.
Nice & quiet, people-wise, at 7:30am & friendly staff. I wish so many people in Sevenoaks, didn't have dogs. Listening to whining at yapping, is really irritating, for someone who doesn't love them.
My favorite coffee place ever! I would walk a long way to get a cup of their amazing coffee. Staff are always pleasant & friendly.
A standard branch which feels like all the others, cosy and inviting with big comfy leather armchairs and a fair amount of seating on one floor. There's WiFi and good coffee on offer at reasonable prices compared to the other chains and you can find newspapers to read if it's not too busy. A nice retreat on a cold day and even a hot one, with their range of iced drinks in the chiller cabinet. Sevenoaks is a lovely town to wander around, so if it's a nice day, get your drink to go and its cheaper too.
Horrible tasting coffee. Disappointing, because I am a regular at the cafe Nero near Long Acre, Covent Garden and that was excellent. I assumed the Sevenoaks one would be the same
