Great environment, greatest coffee. Affordable, And a nice selection of pastries and cakes. Nina & Lettie recommended as a family treat.
Great. Queue as always but they always get through it as quick as they can. Food excellent coffee is fabulous. Pistachio Latte is fab for those who.likr flavoured lattes. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian toasties sandwiches, and gluten free, vegan sausage rolls. Kid-friendliness: Nice easily Ccessible tables for pushchairs hi chairs, and I think they have baby change if not they ate not too far from baby change in metrocentre. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide spacious aisles tables spaced out so easy access tables.
So Caffe Nero is a nice place, but sometimes it depends on which location you visit. The service from staff was poor. They did not seem happy to serve and have no positive expression on their face. I'm not stating they had to smile because we all have our off days. But you could really see from the face of the staff that I was an inconvenience for buying a drink. I've been to Caffe Nero on a few occasions, and their drinks are a hit and miss depending on who is making it. I'd recommend saving your money and going elsewhere as the standards are not up to mark.
Love a cafe nero, this one, not so much. Freezing, air con blasting, when getting served the staff didn't seem approachable enough to ask to turn it off. A lovely coffee thoughService: 3/5

Nice coffee, and lovely mince pies with cream on top, found the mince pie expensive but it’s a coffee shop they all are for sweet treats ! Also have a loyalty card don’t forget it have a coffee on them when it’s full Xx
Always love the pistachio latte or cherry iced latte when visiting cafe Nero, my favourite drink at the moment, no other place does these so always a winner lolFood: 5/5
Coffee always good and taste nice. Croissant wasn't fresh - taste and look like from previous day. Atmosphere are very good but all seats required good steam clean up. They looked like someone urinates on them. Still better than Costa but going down with cleanest level.Food: 3/5
Dirty upholstery, only decaffeinated tea bags available old?. Slow service because it took so long to sort out customers apps and some drinks orders had to be explained in great detail because of their complexity and even longer to make! Parking: This store is within the Metro Center.
