Cafe Mango

Thai food is not authentic. I ordered Thai fried noodles but received Chinese fried noodles with Thai sweet and spicy sauce instead. Indian food tastes better. It is required that each person order a main course.

Was here for lunch as part of a road trip. The food wasn't bad, unfortunately the staff, at least overall, wasn't honest with pricing and portions. When we ordered we had specifically asked if rice was included in the lunch "special set menu," the person who took the order confirmed this to be the case. They had also clarified that the items on that menu are served in half portions. However, another staff member who handed us the bill and only ever looked at my partner when engaging with us specifically said they were separate - what's worse was that the portion of rice that they charged extra was smaller than the one that came included from a curry dish off the à la carte menu. Unless you don't mind being 'flexibly' charged for what you order, I wouldn't recommend this place.

For me personally, the best Indian meal I've had in a very long time! Very well portioned and every single thing was gone. I had Chicken Tika Rogan Josh, Rice. Others at the table had: Chicken Tika Masala & Balti with rice also. Shared between: poppadoms x6, 2x garlic Nann, 1x chips. We all had 1x drink each. Everything in total was approx £70. Would 100% go back if there again.

I had a takeaway meal after a good day of hiking and it was everything I could have hoped for. I took the Lamb Tikka Madras with rice, a naan bread and a side cauliflower bhaji. Everything was tasty and warm.

I was forget to see google’s review before eat in here, so mind to you i came to the restaurant with simply zero expectation. And oh boy….. it was horrible. I can confirm all of review are true. The waiters are rude, very rude indeed. He kept complaining that our order wasnt enough for us and demand us to order more. Second, the food is overprice. 12.95£ for gold treasure and we got only 4 micro lumpia, 1 vegetable with flour, 3 small shrimp. And it taste like frozen food. We also order chicken tikka briyani 12.95£ and it was very small comparing with the price. I even can get twice portion with same price in london. Oh, and the taste was plain. They also didnt provide you with free tap water which is something common in ever restaurant in uk. Better choose other restaurant !

Very rude and psychopath staff. He was more concern about the main door shut rather then serving customers. Food was very bad. The place was very cold and dirty I believe the restaurant has got concern regarding health and safety for dine in customers. Please do not visit this restaurant again my strong recommendation…the staff looks like serial killer wear mask and try to hide his face because of his rude customer service.

We visited cafe mango after having long day so wanted to have some nice food. We ordered chicken karahi, Veg Pakora and naan. They said minimum we have to order two main courses. I couldn't understand the logic behind this. Anyways the food was really expensive. For single naan they are charging 3.5 pound thats too much. Also, food was not good at all. I would say worst Indian food. The naan were burnt. The curries were like just boiled chicken in tomato sauce with no taste. They servced 4 Veg pakorars which were burnt as well. Ultimate disappointment!!!!

Very dirty place, staff is weirdly rude, I wonder how people can go eat there. If I could give -10 star I would, I hope this place get closed down or new management who’ll be more friendly to customer. To make it worst the food was horrible and expensive, avoid this place even if you dying from hunger!

Food was not that good. The staff was very rude, wife is pregnant sat down and staff asked to go back outside. The staff said the place is fully reserved, we just wanna take away but asked to wait outside in the rain.Food: 1/5

Bad attitude by two staff we saw there. Not friendly and not at all polite behavior from both staff to welcome a customer. Truly disappointed while we were searching for a nice Indian restaurant for our lunch. Please don't go to this restaurant.Service: 1/5
