We had the pleasure of dining at Mama Pho during a visit to the city, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the pho. The soup was rich, flavourful, and simply delicious – a perfect balance of savoury broth, tender noodles, and fresh herbs. It’s a gem that we’ll definitely visit again on future trips to London.
Pho was ok but their grilled chicken isn't as good as it used to be.. Not much flavour, needed more salad and no herbs came with it which was needed....Food: 3/5
Cute little Vietnamese cafe, red brick wall decorated with Vietnamese posters/ road signs. Delicious pho, flexible bowl size choice. We have ordered raw& well-done pho, and a pork pâté Bánh mi. The pho was served in a rich broth, the flat rice noddle was cooked to perfect, I had the small bowl which was a good portion for me. Bánh mi looked just average, my husband commented it was alright.
I don’t recommend their Banh Mi Thit. The comparison between what is advertised on Uber Eats and the actual result is sad and misleading. See my photos. I gave them 3 stars- and not less- because their other items on the menu are good and I’ll go back for those. I’m, also, disappointed in the response I got from them that the reason the Banh Mi includes less food because management told the cook to not include more otherwise it becomes a sandwich. Looking at what I got, I don’t know why I should have paid for it.
Nice little Vietnamese restaurant with such delicious food! Portion sizes were great and for the main dishes, you can choose to have it between jasmine rice not noodles. I have to say my favorite thing in all the dishes we ordered was the fish sauce! 10/10 highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the SE area!!
This has been one of the most extraordinary Vietnamese cafe. The food was excellent, everything tasted amazing. Very cool atmosphere and the staff are very friendly, helpful and pretty. I definitely will be back again soon. I highly recommend it.... Thank you for the amazing food. .... I have been there 2 times and I can't believe the food tested better and better which evrey bite, I still can't believe how good the food tastes. My brother was amazed by the taste of the food that we had. I hope I will be able to go back again soon. Thank you so much for your cooking skills and kindness. I highly recommend it again and forever.,

We are regular and loyalty customers and often order fried chicken wings. The size of the chicken wings is always the same, but tonight we got only one that was a reasonable size, and the other three were tiny. The staff explained that it was from the supplier. I want to say If the chicken wings are too small, you can give two more as compensation, and the customers will be happy. To be honest, your food has always been of high quality, please keep it up
Food was amazing! The pho was one of the best I had so far.. 2 mains for 24£ is also a great deal! They offer medium and large portions of pho.. the medium is 12£ and is abundant and delicious. The large one is definitely for sharing! It’s huge!! I recommend coming for the phos and sharing a couple of them on a cold day. Tiny restaurant with few seats but a great service and really efficient. Many people work in the kitchen, highlighting the food is authentic and well prepared. Only negative note for me was the music.. it would have been nice to either have something more carefully selected.
Cafe Mama Pho is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in London. I discovered this place by accident and what a place! I will recommend their Pho, the best on the menu so far. The mango salad is delicious and you can combine them with some spring rolls. The curry was ok, not the best one but still delicious. The place is small but charming and the service is excellent.
