Heartily cosy, Hettie's Provides a warm welcome to all! Come join us on Skipton's busy high street for a friendly atmosphere and good food.
Hettie’s Café-Bistro was launched on the 16th April 2014 continuing a 140 year legacy of the property being continually run as a café.
It is reputed to be one of the oldest café sites in Skipton – Castle Café - with the ground floor originally trading as a confectioners shop and the first floor being the café.
Skipton is famous for being a traditional market town and the setts outside the front of Hettie’s are where you will find the excellent Country Market Cheeses stall run by John and Louise Barwick and an extensive range of fresh cut flowers and garden plants on Garry Gardner’s stall. Make you journey to the Church and Castle end of the High Street even more worthwhile and come and visit. Please see the tab showing some of our suppliers and their contact details.
In an original Castle Café menu their stated aim was to ‘provide good quality and good service to all’ we want to ensure we continue to deliver the same in pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
