Unhelpful staff especially when coffee was spilt. No offer of help while I mopped up the floor myself with tissue and wouldn't give me a damp cloth for my clothes. No offer of a new coffee, just general rude staff.

My husband and I go to this cafe usually once a week. I have just had what I would say is the worst hot chocolate I have ever experienced. It took a long time to arrive then was bland and tasteless. I had to add 2 sweeteners to make it remotely palatable. Avoid the hot chocolate. Cakes are usually nice though.

Was treated with completely disrespect by the male barista skinny with beard! Absolutely shocking!!!!
