While shopping around Bicester Village, we stopped at Cafe Wolseley for a quick lunch. I got a set menu of 2 dishes. The starter was absolutely divine Goat's Cheese Tart. The filling so tasty and the tart crisp and fluffy. The main Chicken Schnitzel was also so good! Meat juicy and the coating crispy! Just remember that the sides come at an extra cost. A great place to have a lunch or dinner
Nice spot to have lunch in Bicester village... options to dine indoors or outdoors. Place is well looked after, staff are attentive and friendly. I ordered the steak for lunch... the chips were really good. The steak was ok...nothing to write home about but still enjoyed it. Would come here again.
Ok meal in a lovely setting but not worth the price! Me and my friend stopped there for lunch on our shopping trip to Bicester Village, it looked amazing from the outside so we had to go there! The good points: The place is really well decorated and had a great atmosphere. The food was nice. The staff were polite and service wasn’t too long. The not so good points: Our drinks came in dirty glasses. The setting was slightly cramped. The food was nice but not worth the cost. The bill came with an insane service charge! There was only 2 of us for lunch and even so the service wasn’t that great. I don’t think I would go back there if I visited Bicester Village.
Love this food stop in Bicester Village for several reasons: they do champagne by the glass, the breakfast is wonderful I had smoked salmon Eggs Royale, and the salmon was cut so thick and generously, the servers are all very welcoming and the decor is classic. Really nice to sit out on a summers day, and the afternoon tea is a must.
Lovely place and delicious food. I am in love with the setup, also food is really great. Friendly and very nice staff. Thanks guys
We had lunch here when shopping at Bicester. Staff were very friendly and sorted out some allergy friendly plates for us not pictured. Salads were delicious. Chicken is halal. Overall a lovely lunch, slightly on the pricy side.
Fish and chips was good as well as the lemonde. However, the chicken was good at first but I accidentally ate a bone and it ruined my experience. I could not finish the plate and was just dissatisfied. Also, the prices are quite high but staff were friendly.
Called in after a very busy day around the shops. Very warm welcome and they cleared a table for us within a couple of minutes as we hadn't booked in advance. We were just at the right time to order a cream tea which was delicious. Beautifully served in silver tea set. Fresh scones with jam and cream. If you are visiting it is definitely worth booking in advance as it was quite busy. Good toilets. Very welcoming and attentive staff . The lunch menu looked very good as did the ala carte menu.
The most over rated place. The food was COLD. Prices are wayyyyy too high for the quality of food. The food definitely does not taste fresh. Service charge is way too much for the average service that is provided. It was my first visit and definitely the last one. The macaroni was rank by the way. Tastes way too fruity. Calm it down with the parm cheese
Poor service at the beginni g as no o e aeemwd to recognise i was there. Then a young waiter dis and it was excellent service from Then on. The dishes are pricey BUT its worth it. Sit outside if you can and you will feel lime you are in Paris or italy. Its a great venue to take someone out to in a date or if you want to take the in laws somwhere to make a good impression. Service staff are impeccably presented and attentive and gracious. I love the fact they are in full uniform and aprons and wear proper shoes and NOT TRAINERS. I will be going back. The schnitzel and chips and greens weee delicious. The Vanilla la cheescake sinfully delicious. I just sat tbete for a coupke of hours eating and watching the world go by.
