Not a bad place, not bad service, food canny generally
Waited for a long time for food. Starter arrived before drinks, which were warm even the milk. There was something that they didn't have in everyone's order, which we were informed of by staff when given menus. Wish we had been we would have gone elsewhere. Very poor service for very average food which cost a fortune.
Fantastic food with great service! And the food was presented exactly how it looked on the menu!
Bella is back and so happy to see high standards stayed in place. Food was top as always and friendly staff always ready to go the extra mile.

We were given a 'Taste of Italy' card that was easy to book on-line. We are so glad we chose Bella Italia in Gateshead. Even though the menu is slightly reduced, there were 3 delicious courses, that were well presented, and arrived in good time, even though the restaurant was busy. Very good value for money. The service was excellent
