About

Our new community cafe at Portishead Open Air Pool catering to Pool users and Lake Grounds visitors alike.

Story

Run by the community, for the community - our ethos is to be an inclusive café and to offer a variety of drinks and snacks, ice creams, cakes, fresh fruit, light meals and tuck shop sweets, as well as pool related merchandise. Our coffee and teas are all Fairtrade and much of our stock is sourced from local suppliers. We aim to provide quality products at affordable prices to suit a range of tastes. If there is something you would like us to stock please mention it to one of our volunteers.

Lovely cafe! Hot coffee that stayed hot until we'd finished our food - that rarely happens! We had jacket potatoes and a delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake. Panoramic views and run by volunteers. They deserve a pat on the back. If I lived here I'd be a volunteer.

Nice cafe food very reasonably priced. Service had a bit of a whoopsie when we were there. We waited forty minutes for the coffees whilst others were an hour out of pocket.

Lovely staff, a great selection of cakes at decent prices. It does get very very crowded on Sundays especially, almost to the point that you can't hear youself speak 😕😊

Lovely cup of coffee, and homemade cake. Very nice setting on the sea front, great to watch the ships going to and from Portbury dock passing Battery Point.

Very clean. Plenty of room. Delicious hot chocolate, piping hot and tasty toasted tea cakes. Highly recommended.
