They all a waste of space. 70yrs My Mother been paying rent, She's 92 and they refused to move a thermostat switch to eye level for Her. Probably costing a fraction what they spend on lunches.
Charlotte Mins housing officer is very abrupt and definitely not a good example of a council employee. You pass on complaints that don't get actioned and then when she phones she tries and belittles you and even when you ask to see another housing officer she makes it out that there is no reason why you should have to see another housing officer as she hasnt done anything wrong. Think she needs to learn that cats are domesticated animals and roam and can't be kept in a garden. When you state that you have had legal advice surrounding this she changes her attitude and says well I'm not saying you have to keep them in your garden. Sort it out CCBC
Terrible fob u off all. The time we live on a end house next to us r loads off trees they do wobble phone to have them cut back was told no cause off birds one tree has already fallen down not worried about my fence
Phoned to ask if the flooring in our home was going to be repaired soon and spoke to a lady called Sally Bishop from “housing repairs” who’s child had the TV so loud I couldn’t here what Ms Bishop was saying. This and the fact Ms Bishop had music so loud I actually thought I was on hold. She ended up shouting at me like it was my fault. Incredibly bad costumer service.
As a wedding photographer, I love the grounds for the Register Office. They are superb. I only wish I had gone a bit further up as I understand there is a nice walk beyond the bridge. Not being a resident of the area, I can't comment on the rest of the council's services.
Great building with a well planned layout, Meeting rooms are very private and secured during talks. Staff are helpful with any inquiries that need to be handled both over the phone and direct face to face contact, complaints procedures are well organized and adequately handle in reasonable time.
Shocking this is scope do every1 houses the same or it's discrimination especially to the disabled
