Really nice pub with friendly staff and good outdoor drinking area. I have had a number of nice meals here, standard Greene King menu, the food is cooked very well. The Greene King app works really well for booking a table in advance and when ordering food and drink.
White wine is cold!! Just how it should be. A lot of landlords don.t take care of the wine drinkers but this one does. All the staff are friendly. Could just do with some portable heaters for outside now winter is approaching
Everything done safely. Food was delicious and the wine and beer was good too. Greene King app is easy to use..
Did not eat Sat outside for drinks with friends . Fab service staff great .table service felt very safe .will go again .
Had very good meal waiting staff especially Katie as always polite, friendly and efficient. See you are advertising for new staff hope you do not loose any of the loyal staff, some of whom have been there for years. Regular customers like to see friendly faces when they enter, Change is not always for the best.
Looked very nice but won't let children in .very sad that you can't go in for a family meal
Had a lovely meal on Friday lunchtime 23rd Oct. staff very attentive to Covid, felt protected going back next Friday for more.
