Absolutely terrible customer service. The most recent example I required something delivered quickly and tbe website statwd the item qas in stock and would be dispatched within 3 days. After ordering they took my money and then sent an a numbet of emails. Long story short the item would not be in stock for a numbet of weeks and i had to send multiple emails to get tbe order cancelled. I told them i needed the money refunded immediately as i needed to order elsewhere as the item cost over £250. I have still not receices a refund or even a  appology despite taking my money and not delivering what i paid for. Worst customer service I have ever delt with. I will not be using cadwt direct or thier sister company survibal aids ever again.

Manager rude and obnoxious. Purchased a pair of boots that if full leather as he insisted were clearly faulty as after one session of combat training they were ruined. This I was told was abuse of the boot by the person wearing them. I can accept the product may be faulty but to be told a forces boot can't be scraped on a floor as this is abuse of what it is made for is ridiculous. It was manager's attitude that left much to be desired clearly never been on a customer service course. Boot manufacturer however more than helpful, confirmed boot full leather and coating refered to is to avoid having to polish them for sale, not sure I agree as it is the coating that is peeling off, maybe no-one has bothered previously as to how the boot has stood up to training but they confirmed they are full leather which is reassuring and sending us a new pair as gesture of goodwill and customer satisfaction. Can't fault manufacturer as more than helpful but won't be purchasing via Cadet Direct again.
