Love this place! Had a new kitchen from here 4+ years ago. You cant buy direct have to go through tradesperson who has an account. Having said that staff so helpful and you can get a brochure to peruse over at home. This time I'm looking for an internal oak door with obscured glass and door handle. Found just what I wanted!
I had a Howdens kitchen installed in my previous house and chose to have a Howdens kitchen in my current home as this firm represents good value compared to other mid-priced kitchen companies. They sent a smaller under-sink unit than I wanted but they replaced it with a larger capacity unit without quibble for only an extra £100 even though the smallerunit had beenpartiallyfitted. Also, as it was chosen during a Covid19 lockdown, they came to my house and discussed my requirements in a socially distanced way. As my fitter was unable to work at the time, Howdens agreed to delay the fitting until he was able to resume work and kept the quoted price as originally agreed. It's now installed and looks and works well.

Although I have never been to Howdens, my partner does use them. He's a joiner himself, & is so inundated with work, he gives the work to Howdens to do for him. As my partners reputation is at stake, he won't ask others to help him out. I hope this helps.
