C&N made it possible for me to prove my innocence and obtain a Not Guilty verdict.  They helped me understand the courts and the prosecution system and, throughout the process, they gave me advice that was clear and objective while also being understanding and supportive.  They pursued and vetted the evidence in detail and were thorough and insightful in preparing my case.  In the end, they showed that the evidence disproved the accusation against me and I walked out of court a free man.  I will always be grateful to them.

I did speak to other lawyers in advance of appointing C&N Defence, but at our initial meeting I found Mr Cloggie to be straight forward, professional and easy to speak with. 

If you arrive in the situation where you require representation, it is a marathon not a sprint, and C&N Defence appreciate this, providing guidance as to what you can expect at each juncture. 

Mr Cloggie leads a team who always did what they said they would do.  Most importantly, he always made himself available in what I am sure is a very hectic schedule.  

Costs were reasonable and totally transparent.

absolutely over the moon at Kenneths and also Katie's work for my case today blown away by what they done for me today and after being so ill with a serious condition the pressure has been removed completely from me for good and I am so greatful many thanks  and I highly recommend this firm and will be keeping them in mind for the future but I hope not to repeat any silly mistakes in the future and be nieve. thanks guys
