Managed one journey. Called back to see if they were available again, they said there were no drivers available, then when we asked if we could wait we were told to "bugger off" and hung up on. Not impressed as they then ignored our calls

Totally unreliable. Took a booking from me weeks before an important party, for an 8 seater to and from the venue. When I phoned to confirm timing and pick up address as agreed, they seemed to have forgotten, blamed me for not confirming, told me that it was never booked, denied knowledge, and then corrected me on the details of the original timing. 
Screaming and shouting at me, she made me feel very worried about being driven by her anyway.
Glad I won't be going in her car ever again.
