Great facilities and great training I only went to keep fit and my kids have started attending the junior classes 3 nights per week.
Brilliant !!!

My son & daughter both attend sessions 2/3 nights per week both have lost weight and fitness levels have improved so much.
Amazing team of volunteers doing a great job with the youngsters 👍👍

Hi went to your free fitness classes on Friday evening it was great I couldn't have asked for s better work out and I took the kids along aswell and they had great fun.
Will be along again next Friday 👍🥊👍
