We didn't have a booking but managed to get a table for 6 out the back in the patio area. Was a lovely atmosphere with a nice view out of the sea. Food was tasty, we had garlic prawns and calamari, followed by fish and chips, a burger and the kids pasta. All went down well and the fish batter was so crunchy, was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall we enjoyed our visit.
Great place, great food! Been there few times now for breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends, family and husband; always just delicious! Staff very friendly. Great location with the best views, so can be quite busy at certain times. Tip: for breakfast, make sure to come in early, as quickly fills up!Food: 5/5
One of the best restaurants in Somerset. All of the team were welcoming and friendly, the food was wonderful and the restaurant itself was very pretty. Ordered the fish and chips and sat outside in the sunshine watching the world go by. The smell of the sea combined with the best fish and chips I think I've ever was outstanding! Would definitely return!
Lovely location, good menu. Excellent service. I had the yogurt and Berry's, unfortunately the berries were way too sweet. But everyone else enjoyed the food. I would recommend.
Very friendly staff and great coffee, lunch and drinks served. We popped in twice during our stay, almost on the waterfront with a choice of sitting inside or out. Would have given 5 stars, but on our second visit the service wasn’t quite as sharp, as the whole team were a bit busy cooing over a movie star who was trying to keep his head down with his young kids. As a result our service was super slow and the waitress didn’t serve my kids their drinks until we chased her over 15mins after ordering. Great place, fish and chips were spot on and Neck Oil on tap - yes please!
Not only were the fish and chips dinners delicious, they come standard as gluten free, and the fish and fries weren’t greasy , and a large portion as well! Wonderful friendly staff ate indoors at the bar will definitely return! Couldn’t wait to try the fish, so picture was after first bite
Great location at far end of the Cob side of the town. I didnt eat here as they had finished taking food orders but the menu looked good and reasonably priced. Nice terrace are to sit and look over the bay.
Easily the best fish and chips we have ever had. The food was amazing especially the cakes . The staff were great considering how busy things were while we were dining. Very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend you give them a try if you are in the area.
My partner is coeliac so we looked for a restaurant serving gluten free, felt very confident as the only fish n chip option was gluten free and we were not disappointed, I'm not coeliac but I now prefer gluten free batter as it was crisp and superb far better than normal gluten, fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, portions were good and the service was quick, polite and competent. Only a small negative comment although the restaurant can't be expected to do a lot about the pigeons there was some evidence bird poo on the next table and we wondered if the tables were cleaned in-between customers, although this would not stop us using this establishment again. Dietary restrictions: Good Gluten free options and easily identified
The food was so good! Lovely atmosphete and most of all, the staff were so friendly towards my toddler! Thank you for an amazing experienceFood: 5/5
