Found Buyaparcel through eBay - best price, fast delivery - and used that link twice.  This time decided to buy direct and just as easy and efficient. Great service - and what as fantastic choice!

I ordered 24 tubes of 900ml Acoustic Sealant, paid more for the next day delivery service, four days before the holidays. The package arrived a week later containing 24 tubes of 380ml! Sent an email explaining everything in detail a day later received an email without a single apology saying they'll arrange an exchange. Today the poor guy from the UK-mail couriers arrived with a package and guess what, exactly the same as the previous time!! 24 tubes of 380ml instead of 900ml.

I almost begged in my previous email, saying our project depends on this product and what was their reaction? They couldn't even be bother to check the second time.

They have no idea what kind of a business they'll be missing out on. On a good month we go through hundreds of these tubes. There are about twenty products on their website which we use in bulk regularly. We felt our previous supplier was over-charging us and we were looking for a new, more reasonable and reliable supplier, but guess what? We'll be back to paying a few pounds more to a decent company instead of losing hundreds of pounds on your labourers sitting and playing angry birds on their smartphones.

Ordered a Makita drill set with free delivery on a Sunday.  Heard nothing at all and couldn't seem to log in to the website or reset my password so emailed them on the Friday.  Got a very fast response saying sorry, there was a problem but all sorted now and it will be dispatched this afternoon. Emailed them again the following Tuesday and they said it's out of stock and they're not getting anymore so will refund you (that at least was processed promptly).
